Shawn O'Mara Senior Partner. As an instructor at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh since 1996 and Duquesne University since 2011, Shawn O’Mara has one overriding goal: to give talented student designers real-life experience. He has seen what they can do when they interact with non-profit and start-up clients who participate in his Design Studio class at The Art Institute, Shawn brought a select group of these young professionals into his own agency at ocreations, tapping into their abundance of fresh ideas and rampant creativity to fulfill and exceed clients needs.
With an Associate’s Degree from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, a Bachelor’s Degree from Point Park University and Master’s in Multimedia Technology from Duquesne University, Shawn sees great value in partnering art with education. He has more than 17 years of freelance experience and 15 years in the creative industry ( including five years at The Guidotti Marketing Group, two with Thrift Drug, Inc. and eight years at Giant Eagle, Inc.), giving him a broad, practical — and sometimes unusual — creative advertising and marketing foundation.

Graduating from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design in 2005, Jared is also our resident athlete extreme. In his spare time, he plays basketball, bikes, goes to the gym and in the winter months, snow boards. He brings a dynamic sense of action to our team
