After ten years in the historic Terminal Buildings of Pittsburgh, it was time to find a more permanent studio home. Eight blocks east, behind legendary Jack’s Bar and classic music venue Club Cafe, lived an old build in Bedford Square that we would soon call home. A building originally constructed in the early 1800’s, and would eventually be a hotel, tavern, Civil War infirmary, live poultry shop, movie set, music video set, and now a design studio.
The entire Bedford Square area has a quaint, old school vibe, lined with original storefronts of many colors and unique characteristics.
We are excited to share the history of our new space, and we would love for you to stop by if you ever find yourself wandering through the south side flats of Pittsburgh.
