ocreations was commissioned to produce a fresh, new look for the “who’s who” lifestyle magazine design for Wheeling, West Virginia, located just outside of Pittsburgh. Providing an intimate look for the trendy set in this hip, Upper Ohio Valley town, IN Wheeling Magazine features clothes, culture, events, shopping, wine, appearances and more. On the racks since 2007, this colorful quarterly magazine profiles real local stars with real stories to tell.
