ocreations teamed up with Bethel Park’s Jugo-Slav Club to create t-shirts for the club’s Annual Bike Run.

The Jugo-Slav Club, which is located in Bethel Park, is known for its educational and entertaining home that can be rented by the public for special events. In addition to offering its facility to the community, though, the Jugo-Slav Club also gives back to the community. This year, ocreations got to help the Jugo-Slav club do that.

Each year, the Jugo-Slav Club hosts a Bike Run to bring the community together to benefit a local cause. This year, the Club’s Bike Run benefitted 4-year-old Caitlyn Papsan, who was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumor in 2015, and has been battling it valiantly ever since. Needless to say, this is an important cause, and ocreations wanted to help.

When participants pre-registered for the Jugo-Slav Club’s Bike Run, they were guaranteed a free t-shirt. Well, what better way is there for us to contribute than by doing what we do best? Design! So, ocreations donated the design time to make those t-shirts for the event.

Here’s how the design turned out:

With some awesome t-shirts to represent the Jugo-Slav Club, participants in the Club’s Annual Bike Run were ready to rock the event and raise money for Caitlyn Papsan.

This year’s Annual Bike Run (and BBQ and corn roast!) took place on July 17, and we’re happy to report that it was a huge success. We received this great news from our client at the Jugo-Slav Club: “It is with great pride that I can announce the final tally from last Sunday’s benefit bike run. We raised $14,000 for four year old Caitlyn Papsan[‘s] fund, ‘Caitlyn’s Cavalry.'”

If you’d like to learn more about Caitlyn’s story and “Caitlyn’s Cavalry,” please check out the organization’s website, www.caitlynscavalry.org.

ocreations is proud to have been able to donate design time in order to contribute to such a worthwhile cause. As a local business, we believe it’s important to give back to our community, and we’re always glad when we get the opportunity to do so.
